Responsibilities
- Review and assessment of governance frameworks and strategies
- Evaluating client’s business control processes
- Supporting non-financial audits of client systems, processes and projects
- Supporting assessment of client compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Undertaking technical analysis in support of senior staff
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure cost effective solutions to address identified risk and issues are negotiated and implemented in a timely manner
- Contributing to the development of the strategic and operational plans for the Risk & Assurance Service line
- Manage the planning and delivery of assignments
- Developing internal and external networks to grow the Risk & Assurance service
- Internal reporting, including client, sales pipeline and revenue reports
Requirements
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
- 7+ years industry experience in a recognised consulting, corporate or regulatory environment
- Experience working in/on audit, governance or compliance frameworks and application to major projects
- Excellent business acumen
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in delivering outcomes within a Big4 firm would be regarded highly
