About the Role
Our Laser Technicians/Estheticians deliver safe, effective, and efficient aesthetic treatments, educating clients and supporting long-term outcomes. We seek medical professionals with strong clinical expertise and a client-centered approach, trained to perform non-invasive aesthetic services.
Responsibilities
- Perform non-invasive aesthetic services including laser hair removal, body contouring, and skin rejuvenation.
- Conduct client consultations to assess treatment suitability and goals.
- Educate clients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and pre- and post-care guidelines.
- Ensure client safety and treatment efficacy by adhering to clinical protocols.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build client trust and retention.
- Participate in service recovery and problem-solving using sound clinical judgment.
- Recommend, promote, and educate clients on aesthetic services and products.
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and operations teams to achieve goals.
- Support daily clinic operations, including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and payment processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, including equipment sanitation and supply management.
- Assist in managing day-to-day schedules to accommodate client needs.
- Travel between clinics as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Active Laser Technician PLUS Esthetician license in the state of practice, in good standing.
- Experience with laser hair removal and advanced aesthetic treatments required.
- Strong documentation skills; detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and bedside manner at all times.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with continuous change.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and operating clinical equipment.
- Must be available to work 3-4 days per week with open availability.
- Must be willing to cover our San Antonio location as needed, including weekends and Holidays.
- Must be available to work from 9:30am-7:30pm each day.
