About the Role
Twilio is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the Onboarding and Compliance product team. This role will own various Trust Hub products end to end, focusing on creating streamlined registration experiences while maintaining best-in-class KYC standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop, communicate, and gain buy-in for the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams in product planning, design, development, and launch.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements and user stories.
- Define key metrics for product performance and use data to inform decisions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations across the organization.
- Conduct data-driven business reviews analyzing product execution and market accomplishments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies.
- Strong analytical thinking skills using quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate.
- Strong technical, analytical, and UI/UX design understanding.
- Initiative, ownership, and accountability to manage priorities and drive initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

- Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont or Washington D.C. : $188,240 - $235,300
- Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $199,280 - $249,100
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $221,360 - $276,700
