About the Role

Box is seeking a partnerships leader to expand its presence in the AI ecosystem by identifying high-growth partners, shaping technical partnerships, and helping external builders understand how to build with Box. This role will ensure prominent AI companies know, integrate with, and grow with Box as part of their product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and grow AI partners for Box.
  • Build relationships with high-growth AI startups, founders, and developer communities.
  • Serve as an internal partner across business development, product, engineering, marketing, and developer relations.
  • Help partners understand how to build on and integrate with Box, including the right technical approach for their product and use case.
  • Design new solutions and create partnership opportunities that drive adoption and ubiquity of Box.
  • Represent Box in the AI partner ecosystem through meetups, events, webinars, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to amplify partner stories and increase awareness of Box in the AI market.
  • Act as one of the more technical members of the business development team, bridging partner needs with product and platform possibilities.

Requirements

  • A versatile, externally facing partnerships leader who is already plugged into the AI ecosystem.
  • Comfortable engaging technical founders, product leaders, developers, and emerging AI companies.
  • Able to operate at the intersection of partnerships, product thinking, and technical solutioning.
  • Familiar with AI tools, frameworks, platforms, and ecosystems, with enough technical fluency to credibly guide partners.
  • Likely to come from a background in partnerships, platform / product extensibility, or developer relations.
  • Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.
