  • Analyze results, identify root causes of program gaps, and recommend corrective actions and longer-term improvement priorities to business leaders.
  • Conduct audits of branch-led training sessions to evaluate goal achievement or recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate trainer performance and Train-the-Trainer session effectiveness, identifying gaps to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Conduct Field Ride-Alongs to assess technician skill levels, identify gaps, ensure adherence to procedural practices, and compliance with safety practices; conduct remedial or targeted training as required.
  • Partner with business leaders and subject-matter experts to align training content with organizational goals.
  • Assess and incorporate “Customer-Service” practices into technical training programs to promote an “Industry Leading Service” culture.
  • Collaborate with content creation experts and provide subject matter expertise for the development of presentations, job-aids, and documentation.
  • Ensure safety practices and procedures are incorporated into all training programs.
