About the Role
Partnering closely with the NSW Residential Development leadership team, you'll play a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making and delivering commercial insights across a high-profile portfolio of development projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide trusted advice across project feasibility, investment decisions, budgeting and forecasting, portfolio performance, cashflow management and joint venture governance.
- Work alongside development leaders to identify opportunities, manage risks and ensure strong financial outcomes across the business.
- Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in finance, ideally within property, development, infrastructure or project-based environments.
- Demonstrated experience in development finance, project accounting and investment analysis.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering senior leaders.
- Sound technical accounting knowledge and experience working with complex business structures and joint ventures.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
