About the Role

Microsoft’s FSI Strategic Accounts team partners with Canada’s largest financial institutions to drive secure, scalable technology outcomes. You will work at the intersection of financial services, AI, security, data, and cloud, helping customers navigate disruption, modernize platforms, and accelerate AI transformation. As part of a high-performing account team, you will bring together Microsoft expertise, partners, and customer leaders to envision new possibilities, deliver measurable business value, and drive sustainable growth. As a Strategic Account Technology Strategist, you will serve as a trusted technology advisor to senior customer leaders, translating business priorities, industry opportunities, and risk considerations into a cohesive technology strategy and roadmap across the Microsoft portfolio. In close partnership with the Strategic Account Executive, you will orchestrate Microsoft’s technical specialists, customer success resources, engineering teams, and partners to shape opportunities, remove barriers, and accelerate adoption and consumption. This opportunity will allow you to deepen your financial-services business acumen, expand your executive advisory and consultative-selling capabilities, and strengthen your ability to lead complex, multi-year transformation programs. You will help customers build secure AI foundations, modernize their technology estates, and realize value from their Microsoft investments while growing Microsoft’s strategic relationship with the account.
