About the Role
Manage all aspects of claims management in line with legislation and business rules, supporting injured workers with the goal of timely and sustainable return to work.
Responsibilities
- Proactively handle all aspects of claims management in alignment with legislation and business rules
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop claims strategies
- Engage Account Managers at an appropriate time to identify opportunities to improve performance or resolve issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high organisational standards
Requirements
- Experience in claims management
- Minimum 1-2 years Workers Compensation experience
- Competent in the use of Adobe and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel
- An ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise a high workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of medical terminology
