Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time and part-time Dishwashers to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. This role is essential for ensuring guest health and safety through exceptional cleanliness standards in the kitchen and food/beverage serving equipment.
Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items using hands or a dishwasher.
- Ensure all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards.
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Maintain a clean work area, including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area.
- Keep the kitchen wares storage organized.
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster.
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans.
Requirements
