About the Role
This role will be pivotal in supporting the perioperative team, ensuring patient flow and a positive patient experience while contributing to the overall standard of care delivered.
Responsibilities
- Transporting and manual handling of patients to and from the Operating Theatre.
- Care and maintenance of equipment used during surgery.
Requirements
- Previous hospital or Operating Room experience.
- A commitment to attending conferences and lectures as identified as requirements for this position.
- Knowledge of the Department of Health Guidelines and Regulations, Workplace Health & Safety, Infection Control and their impact on the delivery of care.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have an Australia visa that grants the work rights necessary for the role.

Salary/Compensations
- $34.37 AUD base per hour + super
