About the Role
Join Altera as a Workday Integrations and Reporting Lead! This role will own and scale our Workday integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities, serving as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, reporting strategy, data governance, and workforce analytics. Partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-focused solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a customer-focused mindset to translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions, ensuring data integrity and enabling informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale Workday integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Serve as subject matter expert for Workday integrations, reporting strategy, data governance, and workforce analytics.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver solutions.
- Translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, support operational excellence, and enable informed decision-making through workforce data.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Workday HCM experience, with focus specifically on integrations and/or reporting.
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), XSLT.
- Strong background in Workday report writer, calculated fields, and BIRT/RaaS.
- Understanding of Workday security model as it relates to integrations and reporting.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills.
