About the Role

Responsibilities
- Get 100 new customers each year from Redfin, in addition to helping clients already in your sphere or book of business.
- Utilize a proprietary CRM to manage deals and stay in touch with your pipeline.
- Receive support from a dedicated transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents.
- Have opportunities qualified and booked directly on your calendar by an inside sales team.
- Handle many details for events, like organizing showing appointments and knowing when and where to show up.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted real estate license
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
- Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including but not limited to prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity
- Trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process
- Proven track record of winning web leads and clients over, closing deals and earning referral business
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
