About the Role

Keysight is seeking an experienced Wireless/RF/uW Solution Engineer to collaborate with Field Sales teams and customers. This role involves providing technical expertise in instrument and measurement automation for solution implementations using Keysight products and services. Responsibilities span the sales process, including requirements analysis, demonstrations, competitive positioning, and implementation. The position also offers opportunities to present technical seminars and training, conveying expertise and insights from Keysight's offerings. Key aspects include persuading customers to prefer Keysight products, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Leading Keysight’s customer engagements from a technical perspective
Owning the technical solution development, demonstration, proposal, and in some cases delivery
Teaming with sales professionals, industry solution teams, and other disciplines to develop and win complex opportunities
Creating demand for Keysight’s products and services through presentations, seminars, and demonstrations
Developing and building long term relationships and loyalty with customers as a resident expert while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Requirements

Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a US security clearance.
Candidate must be capable of transporting test equipment to/from customer sites.
Independent professional that works best under broad and general directions
Highly competitive, assertive with a passion to "win" and "teach"
Ability to create a vision and convey the message in a persuasive manner
Comfortable in challenging customers by offering the customer unique perspectives
