About the Role
This new role aims to enhance and standardize Built’s planning and programming services across business units, while also overseeing performance monitoring against programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop tender and construction programs for New Business.
- Provide strategic advice to Bid Leaders for submissions.
- Undertake client presentations.
- Assist in managing planning team members.
- Develop and maintain project programs for site use.
- Communicate program requirements to the wider site team.
- Provide advice on time and resource related matters.
- Report progress and ensure team awareness of project status.
Requirements
- Previous experience with client relationships.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to develop construction plans with input from operations groups.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar role across Engineering or Construction, Project Management, Operations, Procurement & Bids.
- Experience on projects of similar scale is desirable.
