About the Role
Restaurant cashiers are essential for providing efficient and friendly customer service in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, accurately processing payments, and ensuring high-quality food service. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform general customer service duties, including taking food orders, answering menu questions, and addressing customer needs.
- Balance a cash register and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various kitchen stations.
- Utilize various methods and technologies to ensure proper food safety and product freshness.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Work in various temperatures.
