Requirements

  • 2+ years of BMS or HVAC industry experience.
  • 2+ years of sales experience.

Skills

  • Solid understanding of building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
  • Technical expertise to communicate the value of Building Management Systems.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to articulate the benefits of BMS services in terms of energy efficiency, cost savings, and overall building performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including technical experts and project managers.
