About the Role

This role drives growth in the Real Estate Segment for Schneider's Technology stack, promoting integrated solutions to meet specific outcomes and solve persona challenges. It involves an advanced support country leadership role, influencing account growth across multiple regions and countries.

Responsibilities

  • Travel at least twice a month to various Schneider Electric locations globally.
  • Select target accounts within the segment and set strategy through local PAM assessment.
  • Provide training to local country teams on Unique Value Proposition and sales materials.
  • Develop global customer relationships and coach regional leaders on segment messaging.
  • Work with EcoXpert teams to identify and engage influential partners as 'ambassadors' for Real Estate.
  • Target iconic, high-impact projects and large opportunities for growth.
  • Develop, manage, and implement a global commercial strategy for Multi-Country Targeted Accounts (MCTAs) and their supply chain members, focusing on global retailers headquartered in France.
  • Build and present a 3-5 year MCTAs strategic plan aligned with Schneider Electric and Building Segments' strategy, understanding customer strategies and investment outcomes.
  • Build and implement an annual strategy-to-action account plan to meet customer needs and pain points.
  • Communicate account plan strategy and local action plans to key account managers, ensuring focus on key actions.
  • Detect opportunities (RFQs/RFPs) and drive the quality and competitiveness of responses.
  • Grow business through active management of investment opportunities and projects worldwide, and proactively develop installed base business.
  • Create customer intimacy by building a network at all levels within the customer's global organization and supply chain, identifying co-development opportunities.
  • Construct, deploy, and animate global agreements using Multi Country Commercial Agreement processes.
  • Develop and animate an international network in countries where covered accounts do business with Schneider Electric to ensure solution quality and competitiveness.
  • Participate in the selection, target setting, and annual appraisal of main account managers’ counterparts.
  • Establish annual revenue targets for accounts by country.
  • Be responsible for the consistency of global orders figures for accounts.
  • Report worldwide business development quarterly through orders figures, activity reports, Executive Sponsor activity, and C-Level visits.
  • Supervise key account managers' reporting (actual & forecast).

Requirements

  • Excellent customer relationship skills with the ability to create relationships quickly across customer organizations.
  • Strong capacity to foster collaboration and networking, and work transversally across the organization.
  • Organization and project management skills with a structured way of working and good attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to screen, absorb information from multiple sources, and synthesize it for recommendations.
  • Financial literacy to review and interpret financial statements/reports.
  • International, multi-cultural mind-set and approach.
  • Resourceful and self-starter business developer who will push the organization to deliver.
  • Passionate and dynamic team player with energy to build trust and foster collaboration in a complex matrix environment.
