About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Transformation team within Studio+. You will own discrete workstreams on client engagements, translating ambiguous marketing problems into structured analyses, recommendations, and pragmatic roadmaps. This role is ideal for someone who has built a foundation in marketing or consulting and is ready to take greater ownership across the full marketing value chain — from strategy and operating model through operations, performance measurement, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workstreams across marketing strategy, marketing operating model design, marketing operations, performance measurement, and marketing forecasting.
  • Develop deliverables for FS clients in WAM, BCM, and INS: target operating models, segmentation, ABM strategies, onboarding journeys, loyalty/retention programs, crosssell frameworks, and marketing performance frameworks.
  • Apply emerging approaches such as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AI-driven personalization, and agentic marketing in client recommendations.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, AI-enabled martech) to accelerate analysis, content generation, journey design, and client deliverables.
  • Support B2B (ABM, onboarding), B2C (acquisition, retention, loyalty, cross-sell), and B2B2C (advisors, brokers, distribution partners) engagements.
  • Contribute to proposals, points of view, and business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or Master's is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing consulting, an in-house marketing team, an agency, or a Financial Services marketing function.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one FS sub-sector (WAM, BCM, INS) or a strong intent to specialize in FS.
  • Working knowledge of modern martech (CDPs, marketing automation, analytics platforms) and emerging trends (AI, GEO).
  • Practical experience using AI tools to deliver work products and improve productivity.
  • Experience with B2B and/or B2C marketing programs; exposure to B2B2C is a plus.
  • Strong structured-thinking, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Willingness to travel 50–80%.
