About the Role
Pilates Instructors are responsible for supporting members in achieving healthier lives by building and nurturing relationships. They provide a positive member experience that is educational, supportive, and upholds the Life Time Brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive goal achievement and retention.
- Instruct private and group Pilates classes.
- Monitor and instruct clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use of equipment.
- Conduct fitness consultations for new clients, including pre-participation screening and goal setting.
- Promote and sell Pilates training programs, classes, Group Fitness classes, and Personal Training.
- Complete administrative requirements for each client's fitness plan.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
- Remain current on certifications and industry trends.
- Educate members on current health and fitness issues and trends.
Requirements
- Experience in Pilates program design.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Type

Experience Level
- 1 year of personal training experience
- 6 months of experience in adjusting body alignment, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment
Education Level
- High School Diploma or GED
- College degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field
Salary/Compensations
- Commissions between 10% and 60% depending on the product and productivity.
- Weekly minimum pay at least applicable minimum wage for each hour worked.
