About the Role
The Change and Communications Manager will lead the people side of change and develop strategic communications to support the successful delivery and adoption of Technology and Workforce Operations initiatives. The role will work closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, project teams and subject matter experts to deliver integrated change and communications strategies that build awareness, readiness, engagement and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated change management and communications strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, readiness assessments and resistance management.
- Lead end-to-end communications planning and delivery, including leadership communications, presentations, newsletters, intranet content, FAQs, video scripts and change collateral.
- Partner with senior leaders and project teams to identify change impacts, manage change-related risks and issues, provide strategic communications advice and support successful adoption of organisational change.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Change Management, with demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools and end-to-end change delivery.
- Change Management certification, combined with highly developed stakeholder management, influencing, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience working across Technology, Digital, Workforce or Organisational Transformation, with familiarity with project management approaches and experience in people-centred and/or Agile Change Management.
