About the Role
The Mgr, Business Ops oversees a team responsible for pre-order operational activities, including systems and processes supporting sales quotes, orders, purchasing, pricing, and procurement. This role ensures operational excellence through technological improvements and efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Manage, train, and develop Business Systems Analysts and Business Operations team members.
- Provide guidance to ensure smooth operation of systems and applications, fostering interdepartmental coordination.
- Maximize the efficiency of pre-order business operations procedures.
- Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments.
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues.
- Resolve complex client, account, and processing issues and discrepancies.
- Build processes that meet business objectives and ensure compliance.
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions to improve profitability.
- Determine stakeholder needs and incorporate them into strategic plans.
- Assist with special projects and provide ad hoc reports.
Requirements
- Experience with using and/or implementing software.
- Experience in evaluating and streamlining processes.
- Experience in a multi-company and multi-location environment.
- Problem Solving: Attention to detail, eagerness to learn and develop new solutions, persistence in driving improvement, and process driven.
- Customer Service Orientation: Consistently meeting and anticipating internal customer needs, respecting others, and fostering positive working relationships.

Salary/Compensations
- $94,000 - $151,000 USD
