About the Role

Manage and develop new and existing Payments, Merchant, and Commercial Card business within the technology and gaming sectors, focusing on embedded payments, FBO account structures, virtual accounts, and ecommerce solutions. This role requires proven enterprise sales experience and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles to align solutions with stakeholder priorities and drive deals to close.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop new and existing Payments, Merchant, and Commercial Card business with focus in technology and gaming sectors.
  • Quarterback across Merchant Services, Commercial Cards, and Treasury Services, orchestrating internal partners and product specialists to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions.
  • Provide consultative advice on current cash flow practices to develop treasury management business.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure proper servicing and expand business.
  • Prepare sales presentations, explain services offered, and recommend solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to sell other U.S. Bancorp products and services.
  • Assist management in developing a market strategy and setting sales objectives.
  • Meet or exceed all assigned sales and revenue retention goals.
  • Assist in the design and oversee the proper installation of treasury management services.
  • Assist management in the development of new services or modification of existing services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of related experience
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and buying centers
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of treasury management products
  • Thorough knowledge of the organization and its products, services, and operations
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales engagements across multiple buying centers, including Payments Partnerships, CFO, Treasurer, and Cash Manager
  • Experience selling into gaming and technology industries
  • Ability to quarterback across Merchant Services, Commercial Cards, and Treasury Services to deliver integrated client solutions
  • Strong sales and new business development skills
  • Excellent customer service/relations skills
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills

  • $170,255.00 - $200,300.00
