Responsibilities
- Represents the Smart()field Team and is accountable to the overall Smart()field Pursuit Lead to deliver the solution.
- Manages storytelling, provides collateral, quarterbacks pursuits, determines cross-tower SMEs, and standardizes the solutioning cycle.
- Contributes to the overall migration plan from a technical/architecture perspective.
- Leads high-level and low-level architecture design.
- Leads technical/architectural challenge resolution and troubleshooting in projects.
- Participates with clients and vendors on technical architecture and design topics.
- Engages the client to drive migration/conversion meetings/workshops and present migration/conversion plans.
- Coordinates and collaborates among different towers and works closely with other vendors/partners.
- Coordinates internally with account leadership, QA Director, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an advisory capacity with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades (Brownfield Vs Hybrid Vs Greenfield).
- Experience leading or actively participating in 2 or more ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
- Experience helping clients plan their overall upgrade/transformation journey.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP RISE and related technologies.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing sales opportunities while working closely with Client and Account Teams.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with additional SAP Technology related tasks, including downtime optimization approaches (Near Zero Downtime or Downtime Optimization Conversion), reviewing SAP Readiness or SI Check reports, selective Data Transition (SAP DMLT/SDT, SNP - Bluefield, CBS etc.), SAP on Hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, GCP), and custom code remediation and clean core approaches.
- Experience supporting the CMT Industry/clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (or Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience).
