About the Role

Lead from the front, coaching your team, driving results, and delivering exceptional experiences that keep customers returning. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the store while creating an inclusive, energetic, and on-brand environment. Work closely with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a passionate, high-performing team
• Drive store performance through exceptional customer service & strong KPI focus
• Manage daily operations including rosters, stock, shrinkage & VM standards
• Identify opportunities and missed moments through data and insights
• Champion a culture of confidence, collaboration, and personal growth
• Create a beautiful store environment that inspires, empowers, and performs
• Maintain safety, compliance, and OH&S standards across your store

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level)
• A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style
• Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic
• A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
• A “Make it Happen” mindset, strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills
• Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster
