  • Partner with Product leadership to align roadmaps with customer needs and market trends.
  • Ensure GTM plans are grounded in real product depth.
  • Immerse yourself in the customer’s world, including pain points, buying journey, and decision criteria.
  • Translate Gong’s product value proposition into quantifiable customer value and business outcomes.
  • Use customer language from win-loss analysis, customer interviews, and sales conversations in Gong for positioning and messaging.
  • Craft clear, differentiated messaging and positioning across the platform, products, and competitive landscape.
  • Codify messaging and positioning in a messaging architecture and assets for GTM and Marketing teams.
  • Define what makes Gong distinct and hard to copy in the AI market.
  • Lead with customer outcomes over technology, grounding claims in measurable proof and accuracy.
  • Sharpen positioning against horizontal foundation-model providers and point solutions.
  • Own launch narrative, enablement, and execution across every customer touchpoint for new products and capabilities.
  • Use AI tools to scale context and content to GTM teams for generating tailored, on-brand content in real time.
  • Deliver messaging, playbooks, demos, and more to improve close rates, win rates, and deal velocity.
  • Develop differentiated value propositions, messaging, use cases, and proof points for Gong's priority industries and buyer personas.
  • Tailor value propositions to translate specific business challenges into measurable, role-relevant outcomes.
  • Ensure tailored value propositions are consistently represented across the customer journey.
  • Fuel demand generation and campaigns to build awareness and pipeline.
  • Guide buyers through evaluation.
  • Equip the field with plays, business cases, and proof points to advance and close deals.
  • Partner with Product, GTM, and Finance to evolve Gong’s pricing and packaging.
  • Blend seat-based and consumption-based pricing models.
  • Design tiers, packaging, and credit models that make it easy for customers to adopt and expand their use of Gong’s AI.
  • Align what customers pay to the outcomes and work Gong performs.
  • Equip the field to sell, forecast, and expand accounts against the new model.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing to influence Gong’s media coverage, analyst reports, and industry rankings.
  • Engage with industry analysts, press, influencers, partners, and customers to build trusted relationships.
  • Shape market perception and represent Gong’s strategy, products, and point of view.
  • Work with the Content team to deliver high-impact materials for buyers.
  • Secure speaking opportunities to reinforce Gong’s position as the leader in Revenue AI.
  • Operate as connective tissue across the company, forging partnerships with GTM and Product.
  • Align strategy, roadmap, and field execution around a shared story and shared outcomes.
  • Partner with the Partnerships team to spotlight new integrations, MCP support, and marketplace and co-sell partnerships.

Requirements

  • High fluency with AI tools across the PMM workflow (research, insight synthesis, messaging, competitive intelligence, enablement, and content).
  • Strong point of view on using AI tools to scale context and tailored, real-time content to GTM teams.
  • Experience leading large, high-performing PMM teams in scaling organizations, ideally at $500M+ ARR.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with executional excellence.
  • Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and Marketing leaders.
