About the Role
As a Senior Lifecycle Marketer, you will own end-to-end lifecycle programs to drive advisor activation, engagement, productivity, and retention. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy to manage major program areas from strategy through execution and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Own one or more lifecycle program areas end to end, including activation, advisor progression, retention and reengagement, or event lifecycle, with accountability for strategy, execution, measurement, and results.
- Translate broad business objectives into clear hypotheses, segmentation strategies, journey designs, and measurement plans.
- Build and maintain a roadmap for your program areas, balancing new initiatives, optimization of existing journeys, and opportunities identified through advisor behavior and performance data.
- Design segmented onboarding and activation journeys for different advisor profiles, with a focus on improving time to first booking and time to first commission.
- Partner with Analytics to identify and test opportunities to accelerate advisor productivity and progression, turning validated insights into scalable lifecycle programs.
- Develop milestone based communications, personalized recommendations, and reengagement journeys that help advisors progress through key stages of their journey with Fora.
- Identify and prioritize friction points throughout the advisor experience and partner with Advisor Experience and Product to address opportunities that extend beyond lifecycle marketing.
- Own a rigorous testing roadmap across messaging, channel mix, cadence, segmentation, and journey design, using results to determine what should be optimized, scaled, or retired.
- Define the metrics that matter for your programs, develop reporting that tracks performance, and translate results into clear insights and recommendations.
- Partner with RevOps and Data to help shape the marketing technology stack, data flows, and attribution infrastructure required to support sophisticated lifecycle programs.
- Serve as a lifecycle marketing thought partner across Sales, Advisor Experience, Product, Analytics, and other cross functional teams, representing lifecycle strategy in planning and decision making.
- Guide the work of specialist partners or more junior marketers supporting your program areas when relevant.
Requirements
- 6 or more years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, marketplace growth marketing, or a related discipline, with demonstrated experience owning a program or channel from strategy through execution.
- Proven ability to take broad or ambiguous business goals and independently translate them into clear strategies, testable hypotheses, execution plans, and launched programs.
- Deep hands on experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform such as HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or a comparable platform, including building sophisticated segmentation and journey logic.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing testing plans, interpreting cohort and funnel performance, building or working with dashboards, and using data to make decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and own outcomes without requiring highly specified briefs or day to day direction.
- Experience partnering effectively across functions such as Sales, Product, Analytics, Data, and customer or advisor experience teams, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Excellent written communication skills and strong judgment around developing messaging for distinct audience segments.
- Active experience using AI tools in your work and a thoughtful perspective on how AI can improve lifecycle marketing strategy, execution, and personalization.
