About the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide cleaning services and waste removal according to the policies and procedures of the Hospital and the Environmental Services Department. The cleaner is required to liaise with staff and customers (nurses, patients, visitors) concerning the service provisions.

- Liaise with staff and customers (nurses, patients, visitors) concerning service provisions.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience in a healthcare setting.
- Understanding of infection control principles.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Ability to support the needs of the housekeeping department working independently or as a member of a team.
- Previous experience with a variety of cleaning equipment.
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have an Australian visa that grants the necessary work rights.
