As CodeRabbit's Visual Designer, you will shape the visual identity of our web presence, including coderabbit.ai, product launches, and campaign materials. Your work will influence how the CodeRabbit brand is perceived by millions of developers, focusing on details like typography, motion, and pixel-perfect execution to build credibility and trust. This role requires exceptional creativity and design craft for the web, with opportunities to collaborate closely with engineers and potentially contribute hands-on to the medium.
Responsibilities
- Define our visual language and own the creative direction for CodeRabbit's most-seen surfaces.
- Create memorable design moments, including hero animations, launch visuals, event environments, and campaign work.
- Own creative vision end-to-end, from concept to shipped product.
- Set the craft bar by establishing typography, motion, and detail standards.
- Work across web, motion, illustration, 3D, and brand identity.
- Build visual systems and reusable patterns for consistent brand scaling.
Requirements
- Possess a distinctive eye and original ideas with exceptional visual design instincts and creativity.
- Ship fast and elevate craft, balancing speed with attention to detail.
- Be AI-native in your work, using AI tools as a creative partner.
- Think in systems, designing components and patterns rather than one-offs.
- Understand the web as a medium, including layout behavior and buildability.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers.
- Deliver impactful work under real deadlines for launches, events, or campaigns.
