About the Role
Shape how millions of developers experience AI-powered code review across IDEs, Git platforms, the CLI, and the web. You will live close to both the customer and the model, translating what's newly possible into products people rely on. We are hiring across all levels and will calibrate scope, title, and compensation to you.
Responsibilities
- Own problems end-to-end, driving discovery, definition, and delivery from customer conversations and data analysis through specs, launch, and iteration.
- Build relationships with developers and engineering leaders, run feedback loops with customers, and translate feedback into product development.
- Understand frontier model capabilities and future trends to design products for upcoming capabilities.
- Use AI tools to prototype and validate ideas before committing engineering resources.
- Ship work to users quickly, define success metrics before launch, and prioritize adoption and retention.
- Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build and launch products.
- Bring structure to ambiguity by framing problems, proposing paths, and rallying teams.
- For senior candidates: Define product strategy, mentor other PMs, and help build the product culture and team.
Requirements
- Sharp product judgment, forming clear points of view from evidence and adapting them when necessary.
- A bias for shipping, prioritizing getting products to users quickly.
- AI-native approach to work, using AI tools daily for prototyping, analysis, and writing.
- Technical proficiency to engage deeply with engineers and understand model behavior.
- Strong communication skills to drive decisions, bring clarity, and influence without authority.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a view of emerging AI product surfaces as an opportunity.
- Experience building products for developers or technical users.
- A track record of shipping products, features, or prototypes adopted by real users.
- Demonstrated ownership beyond job description.
- For senior candidates: Experience taking products from 0-to-1 or 1-to-scale, owning commercial outcomes, or building and leading product teams.
