About the Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and assist with badge-related processes. Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, office areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Complete detailed activity reports, communicate professionally with site contacts and/or public service personnel, and support a professional environment for employees and visitors.

Requirements

Have at least one year of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
