About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the technology and communications location, including buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
- Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and facility concerns, and report observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
- Document incidents, patrol activities, and daily observations accurately and completely in accordance with site requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
