About the Role
The Part-Time Sales Associate at ALDO is responsible for driving sales and creating a positive in-store customer experience. This role requires energy, style, and a customer-focused attitude to encourage repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to team sales targets.
- Maintain store appearance through effective visual merchandising and displays.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those for payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention.
- Assist with daily operations such as restocking and back-of-house tasks.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the retail or service industry.
- A strong interest in fashion.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to connect with people.
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
