About the Role

As the Supervisor, Transportation Breakdown (Cox Fleet), you’ll be the driving force behind our Roadside team’s success. You will be responsible for ensuring operational performance, supporting employee development, motivating breakdown specialists, and maintaining high service standards across the call center.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and guide the team in dispatch timeliness, phone metrics, and operational efficiency.
  • Support team members' growth through personalized development and motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure top-notch event handling when needed.
  • Adjust schedules and manage priorities effectively.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field (Transportation, Call Center).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Master’s degree and 1 year of experience.
  • Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.
  • Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
  • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.

  • $55,600.00 - $83,400.00
