We deliver practical, pragmatic solutions tailored to each client's unique needs, serving public companies, private businesses, and private equity investors. Our services include carve-out due diligence and execution, merger integration, synergy assessment, operating model design, and EBITDA enhancement initiatives like cost reduction and rapid targeted interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day client work for various project sizes, including devising and leading client meetings, undertaking analysis, and preparing client deliverables.
  • Manage commercial and risk aspects of projects on a day-to-day basis.
  • Work independently on smaller projects and lead small teams on larger ones.
  • Interpret and analyze complex information to identify and articulate key issues.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by working effectively with colleagues, clients, and other parties.
  • Demonstrate leadership and a willingness to be involved.
  • Prepare sales proposals and pitches, and support wider sales efforts.
  • Proactively build internal and external networks to generate opportunities.
  • Support the development of junior colleagues, potentially serving as a people manager.
  • Assist Directors and Partners with practice management, leading internal initiatives, and delegating tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in an advisory/professional services context, potentially including in-house/industry experience.
  • Experience leading small teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
  • Extensive experience preparing and reviewing high-quality written reports, Excel analysis, and presentations.
  • High attention to detail.
