This role is responsible for a team of sales professionals to drive sales activities and strategies for specific products or transactions, manage client relationships, and provide a superior client experience while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a team sales professionals to drive sales activities and strategies for a specific product(s) or transaction(s) and managing and developing select client relationships.
  • Provides superior client experience.
  • Ensures compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
  • May assist Senior Leadership with the strategic planning for the group.
  • Partners with sales team, relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver complex capital markets solutions to our clients.
  • Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions.
  • Develops and maintains client and/or investor relationships.
  • Allocates client coverage to optimize alignment.
  • Coordinates the execution of sales and marketing strategies including new product development, structuring, and distribution, to maximize sales and new business activity.
  • Continually develops knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements.
  • Enforces compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Provides coaching and leadership to develop the line of business.

Requirements

  • SIE, FINRA series 7, 63 and 79 licenses, or must acquire licenses within 120 days.
  • Experience networking and relationship building with financial institutions including Executives.
  • Well versed in knowledge regarding economic, market, banking and regulatory topics.
  • Experience in developing business and managing relationships with community and regional banks in the local market.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to network successfully and convert prospects into clients.
  • Experience advising banks regarding bank balance sheet strategies and capital markets products (hedging, fixed income, capital and liquidity, and loan portfolio sales/purchases).
  • Works well in a collaborative, team environment.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
  • This position is subject to the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA) and, for any registered role, the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act) and/or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), which prohibit the hiring of individuals with certain criminal history.

  • $169,400.00 – $343,200.00
