About the Role

As a team member, you will provide exceptional hospitality and service in a luxury cinema environment, focusing on bar operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately with a smile and warm hospitality.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and utilize selling maximizations.
• Provide recommendations based on full knowledge of bar and menu items.
• Verify patron identification to ensure legal drinking age requirements.
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and tables.
• Implement alcohol service and safety training protocols.
• Manage bar stock levels and report inventory status to the Bar Supervisor.
• Wash and sanitize all stemware.
• Process payments accurately and promptly.
• Resolve guest complaints and assist with requests.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures including side work.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of bartending experience with a full bar.
• ServSafe certification.
• Alcohol training certification.
• Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Flexible availability including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance.
