About the Role

Function as an in-platform paid social campaign manager across a key media client. Consult with other members of the social team on strategies, co-develop tactical execution plans, and manage day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and budget pacing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, Reddit, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
  • Set up and organize tracking links for paid social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agency partner teams for cohesive client recommendations.
  • Develop performance reports using in-platform knowledge and Datorama, and present findings and optimization plans.
  • Collaborate with programmatic and search teams for paid social initiatives.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.
  • Build analyses and POVs for internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Experience with full funnel objectives and buy types.
  • Ability to translate analytics and reporting into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional command of advanced Microsoft Excel and media analytical skill set.
  • Highly organized, extremely detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and have an innate sense of urgency.
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable to different situations, personalities and timelines.
  • Highly data-driven and analytical, with attention to detail and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Organized and energetic.
  • Stellar interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled communicator, written and verbal.
  • Able to speak in high technical terms or simplify information for less tech-savvy audiences.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and do a little bit of everything.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem solver with high emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Highly curious, and desire to carve new paths in strategies and use of social platforms.
  • Experienced in operating with a high level of integrity and transparency.
