The Food Vendor is responsible for selling food and beverages throughout Madison Square Garden’s Arena in a friendly and courteous manner.

Selling food and beverages in various locations throughout the arena on a commission basis
Walking and carrying heavy items up and down stairs
Providing excellent customer service to guests
Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous, and accurate manner
Checking identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages
Providing exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members by adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle transactions without a register
Comfortable with heights
Comfortable with heavy lifting
Able to complete daily and nightly inventory
Must be flexible to rotate positions within a shift
Must be of legal age according to NYS regulations to serve alcohol
Able to walk and stand during the entire shift
Lifting, pushing, pulling up to 30 lbs
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment
