About the Role
Join the Canadian Investments team at WTW as a Business Development Analyst, supporting the growth of our Investment business. You will work with experienced investment professionals serving institutional investors and build commercial, technical, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain the CRM system with business development activities.
- Support the end-to-end RFP/RFI process, including drafting responses and coordinating team inputs.
- Develop initial drafts of client presentation decks and maintain the presentation slide library.
- Build and maintain Excel-based analyses to support prospect and client requests.
- Support analysis, client/prospect research, and tracking of market developments.
- Organize and maintain business development resources with a clean folder structure.
- Review and validate reports and materials for accuracy and data integrity.
- Proactively identify process efficiencies and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in business development support, proposal management, or client presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Ability to conduct research and competitive analysis.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Attention to detail for report and material validation.
- Proactive approach to identifying process efficiencies.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization.
