About the Role
Equal Ventures is seeking an MBA intern with insurance/insurtech experience to support research and diligence processes, with opportunities to work with portfolio companies. Interns are expected to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and come to the office at least one day a week.

Requirements
- MBA intern with experience in insurance/insurtech.
- Minimum workload of 15 hours per week.
- Come to the office at least one day a week.
- Hungry, sharp, and excited about early-stage investing.
- Ability to think rigorously about markets.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves.
- Prior startup, operating, or investing exposure is a plus.
- Experience in insurance and/or insurtech is required.
- Include resume along with a short write-up on three spaces in insurance that Equal should be investing in, and a few representative companies in each of those spaces.
