About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Network Platform Engineer to build and operate large-scale cloud-native infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Kubernetes networking, AWS cloud services, Infrastructure as Code, and observability, with a strong commitment to performance, automation, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage AWS networking (VPCs, Security Groups, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, DNS Firewalls)
- Configure, operate, and scale Kubernetes clusters
- Implement and optimize Cilium, CNIs, Egress Gateway, and Network Policies
- Build reusable Terraform modules and automate infrastructure deployment
- Performance test and tune Kubernetes-native networking components
- Develop Kubernetes controllers/operators using Go
- Build monitoring and alerting solutions using Grafana & Prometheus
- Collaborate with platform, SRE, security, and engineering teams
Requirements
- Strong Kubernetes administration and networking experience
- Deep knowledge of AWS networking services
- Hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code expertise
- Experience with Cilium and Kubernetes Network Policies
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
