About the Role
As a representative for our company, you will serve as a host/hostess to customers, acting as the frontline for customer service. You will support kitchen staff by accommodating guest needs, ensuring dining areas are clean and stocked, and expediting orders.
Responsibilities
- Accommodate special needs of guests.
- Inspect dining room service stations for neatness and cleanliness.
- Restock food and condiment stations while avoiding contamination.
- Prepare beverages and expedite food orders.
- Monitor the number of guests entering and exiting the café.
- Stock and re-stock utensils, plates, and glasses in the service area.
- Use carts to transport utensils, glassware, plates, and food.
- Act as a host/hostess for guests, take orders, and set/re-set tables.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures according to OSHA, Department of Public Health, and Risk Management guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain an active Handlers’ Card (ServSafe) and adhere to local food handler requirements.

Experience Level

Salary/Compensations
- $32.00 per hour
