About the Role
Our Investment Banking & Capital Markets business provides comprehensive advisory and financing products and services. We offer clients high-quality solutions through industry sector, country, and regional expertise, covering M&A, restructuring, debt and equity capital raising, and structured equity transactions.
Responsibilities
- Performing in-depth company and industry research and analysis
- Supporting the execution of client advisory and financial transactions while managing multiple projects with rigid and, at times, global timelines
- Preparing marketing materials and transaction documentation, including but not limited to confidential memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and analysis
- Conducting detailed financial modelling, valuation and forecasting of financial statements
- Understanding of the Bank’s product suite
Requirements
- Significant network and experience within the arena with extensive, product and market knowledge
- Proven track record of independently and proactively servicing multiple clients and effectively managing multiple priorities, while generating significant revenue
- Strong commercial acumen: understanding client/market problems, proactively tackling challenges and seizing opportunities as they arise
- SIE, Series 63 and Series 79
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- A strategic thinker with the ability to understand broad business issues, their potential implications and to make sound business recommendations
- It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.
