About the Role

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives that modernize Talent Acquisition capabilities, processes and ways of working.
Drive adoption and optimization of recruiting technology, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
Partner with leaders, technology teams and external partners to develop roadmaps, priorities and future capabilities.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiter productivity, candidate experience and operational effectiveness.
Lead change management, communication and enablement activities that support successful transformation.
Monitor emerging trends and innovations to help shape the future direction of Talent Acquisition at Sun Life.

Requirements

Experience leading complex Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, technology or transformation initiatives.
Experience delivering business outcomes through process improvement, technology implementation or organizational change.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across multiple teams and levels of leadership.
Ability to translate business challenges into practical solutions and measurable outcomes.
Strong communication, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility and interest in innovation, technology, artificial intelligence and the future of work.
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only.
