The Business Analyst role is an entry-level position focused on being a frontline change agent for clients. You will be the primary source of reliable data and analysis, providing the fact base for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach, influence, and build trust with peers and clients.
• Demonstrated passion for results.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to respond clearly to challenging questions under pressure and use visual tools for insights.
• Above-average knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI is advantageous.
