About the Role
As a Modification Technician, you will play a key role in processing policy changes and supporting the administration of individual life insurance contracts. This position is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and fully realize your potential within a caring and trustworthy company.
Responsibilities
- Process policy changes according to agent and client requests
- Communicate with advisors through internal tools (Business Tracker)
- Handle urgent cases in collaboration with internal partners
- Ensure accuracy and quality when processing contract modifications
- Prioritize and manage workload efficiently based on incoming requests
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in insurance administration or a related field
