About the Role

When equipment goes down, our customers count on us. You’ll be one of the people they trust to diagnose the problem, make the repair, and get them safely back to work. Your technical skill, attention to detail, and commitment to safety will help protect our customers, our equipment, and the reputation we’ve worked hard to build.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment across gas, diesel, propane, and electric systems, including engines, hydraulics, transmissions, brakes, steering, electrical, and lifting systems.
• Solve problems by performing inspections, troubleshooting failures, rebuilding components, completing preventive maintenance, and handling basic welding or fabrication.
• Put safety first on every job by properly securing equipment, following safe repair practices, maintaining your company vehicle, and meeting OSHA, DOT, and SitePro safety standards.
• Take ownership of the work by keeping accurate service records, maintaining needed parts and supplies, completing technical training and certifications, and supporting the team wherever needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of equipment repair or related experience.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with precision measuring instruments.
• A customer-first mindset.
• Solid communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Furnish your own tools.
• Ability to travel to customer sites or work in a shop environment.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule as needed.
