About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that care is coordinated, services are delivered, and care managed appropriately. This role supervises all clinical staff and provides training, mentoring, and coaching as necessary.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
- One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
- One (1) or more years of home health care experience.
- One (1) to two (2) years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably home care.
- Possess and maintain valid CPR certification obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation.
- Working knowledge of OASIS documentation requirements.
- Complies with accepted professional standards.
- Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal, and written communication.
- Access to reliable transportation.
