About the Role

Sheffield Pharmaceuticals is seeking ambitious production workers with a strong desire to produce quality work and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to begin a career in manufacturing, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform assignments in the filling department, including packing, loading components into semi-automated/automated machines, basic inspection, and basic machine operation.
• Conduct 30-minute inspections to ensure adherence to quality procedures.
• Ensure the production line meets production goals.
• Meet company standards for speed at all production line positions.
• Maintain a clean work area by performing 5S duties.
• Assist with cleaning production equipment as needed.
• Track scrap counts at the end of the assigned shift.
• Adhere to all applicable regulations, company policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
