About the Role
This role involves leading project workstreams and supporting strategic consulting engagements for pharmaceutical clients. Responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing data, developing insights, and creating recommendations to address pricing, reimbursement, market access, and commercialization challenges in global markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct secondary research across pricing, reimbursement, market access, healthcare policy, competitive intelligence, and therapeutic area landscapes.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key findings, strategic insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Apply structured problem-solving approaches to address complex client business questions.
- Develop strategic recommendations supported by evidence, stakeholder input, and market analysis.
- Translate complex information into clear, actionable implications for clients.
- Lead or support project workstreams across pricing and access strategy engagements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and workstream deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
- Contribute to the design and execution of primary research, including stakeholder interviews, surveys, and advisory boards.
- Support development of discussion guides, interview materials, and analytical frameworks.
- Ensure high-quality, client-ready deliverables through rigorous quality control and attention to detail.
- Develop a strong understanding of client objectives, products, therapeutic areas, and market dynamics.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions and recommendations.
- Present analyses, findings, and strategic recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Build trusted relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and high-quality work.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify solutions and next steps.
